| National Guard Reintegration Event in Atlantic City
August 16-17, 2009 As part of it's outreach efforts, OCP representatives efforts, OCP representatives joined representatives from all nine member institutions in participating in the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration program for the National Guard at a two-day conference in Atlantic City. Throughout the weekend, OCP joined several hundred support service providers in welcoming the 50th home and offering assistance in their pursuit of higher education opportunity. The program continues to research and regularly participates in community activities to promote both the OCP website and the program's commitment to assisting local veterans succeed in their civilian transition. |

| Welcome Home Parade June 12, 2009 New Jersey celebrated a historic landmark with the honoring of over 3,000 recently returning New Jersey National Guardsmen. Such a heartfelt return is only fitting as testament to the sacrifices they have made over the past year. |
